This is a training where you will learn how to first determine your company’s strategic priorities and the main objectives that will carry you to these priorities, and then how these objectives will be deployed (cascaded) down to the lowest level. Along with the deployment of the goals, we will see how to combat the difficulties in achieving them, how to monitor progress, and which KPIs we will use to track how close we are to the desired outcomes.
